The foundation of our company was developed over 40 years ago by my father Bill E. Mitchell. His idea and dream became a reality with the creation of the "Mushroom" apartment building. The concept was based on low construction costs, low maintenance, high profitability, and high occupancy rates. C&M Building Systems is excited about our License Investor Program. As a licensed investor or builder you will have exclusive rights to our designs and be able to build in your area. We offer our builders and investors state approved plans, complete material lists, waste elimination, site evaluation and construction support. We offer One Bedroom/ Two Story apartments, that are a spacious 850 square feet of living and entertainment space. The living and dining area is on the first floor, and the bedroom/ full bathroom/ walk-in closet is on the second floor. Our townhome design includes four units per each building, and each unit has it's own entrance and outdoor patio space. All of our buildings are energy efficient offering extensive insulation included in the construction, and the design of our heating/ cooling system. Each apartment is equipped with all appliances, that includes a washer/ dryer. The building/ properties are built with plenty of greenspace for the residents and community to enjoy.
We offer two spacious floor plans that are single story ranch style homes. We also offer a handicap accessible floor plan. These units have two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, two baths and one car garages. Our condominium design has two units per building. These designs are great for clients who are thinking about downsizing, first time home buyers, investment properties. Our designs are flexible and can be developed as assisted living communities, retirement communities, handicapped housing, senior or congregate housing. We offer quality construction, low construction cost and great value for our licensed investors/ builders, and owners.
C&M Building Systems construction format is an unique/ hybrid program. We utilize a high quality prefrabicated model, and incorporate the traditional stick-built method to complete the build. This allows for increased quality control, quicker build times, cleaner projects and more importantly lower construction costs. Our buildings or pre-engineered, pre-cut at a central location and delivered to the construction sight ready for fast and efficient assembly process.
Through years of managing our own apartments we have been able to develop an efficient ATS solution. Our solution provides a one stop shop that is focused on quality, value, communication and the "sense of urgency" of completing the turnover process.
